Open House @ Century High School – Monday, May 1, 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

Highland High School learners are invited to attend an open house at Century High School to familiarize themselves with the building layout and locate their classrooms. 

Learners' class schedules have been updated in Infinite Campus to reflect the classrooms at CHS where their classes will be held. 

Schedule – Beginning Monday, May 1 through the end of the school year

Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays: Highland High School learners attend classes based remote learning. Highland learners will have access to in-person support on a voluntary basis at the district’s Portneuf Valley Technical Education and Career Campus (PV-TEC) on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.

Tuesdays, Thursdays: Highland High School learners will attend school in-person at Century High School and follow regular bell schedules, unless otherwise communicated.

Attendance

Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays: Attendance for your learner at Highland High School will be recorded as follows: Learners will be required to login to the Google Classroom for each of their classes and complete the attendance question for the day no later than 3:00 pm.  Any learner who has not done so will be recorded absent in their respective classes. Please contact a member of Highland High School’s office staff if you have any questions or concerns (208) 237-1300.

Tuesdays, Thursdays: Learners are expected to be present in classes at Century High School. Learners who are not present in class will be marked absent. Please note that students will still be held to the attendance standards outlined in Board Policy 8101 Attendance of Students.

Transportation –  All existing bus routes for Highland High School will remain at the same pick-up time with the exception of the following:

Bus #62: For Franklin Middle School and Highland High School will run four minutes earlier than regularly scheduled. 

Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays: Highland High School to PV-TEC
Bus departs at 7:55 a.m.
Pick up will be at Highland High School at the loading gate on Fairway Drive
A midday take home bus will depart from PV-TEC to HHS at 12:30 p.m.

Tuesdays, Thursdays: Highland High School to Century High School
This is a new route for any Highland High School learner who normally walk to school.
Bus departs at 7:55 a.m.
Pick up will be at Highland High School at the loading gate on Fairway Drive

Food Service – Only lunch service will be provided daily. Learners must enter their PIN to receive a meal. Please note: All PCSD 25 food service is subject to USDA requirements. Learners will be charged based on Free, Reduced price or Full Pay eligibility. 

Mondays: Highland High School learners may pick up a lunch meal at any PCSD 25 elementary school from 11:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. or middle school from 1:00-1:30 p.m.

Wednesdays, Fridays: Highland High School learners may pick up a lunch meal at any PCSD 25 elementary school from 11:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. or any middle school from 12:30-1:30 p.m.

Tuesdays, Thursdays: Breakfast and lunch meals will be available to Highland High School learners at Century High School.

Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays: Lunch meals will be available for Highland High School learners at PV-TEC (Portneuf Valley Technical Education and Career Campus) located at 4200 Hawthorne Road. A PCSD 25 food service truck will be onsite on the south side of the building from 11:45 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
