With Matching Gift from Lookout Credit Union, SD25 Education Foundation Celebrates Milestone Success in Idaho Gives Campaign

The SD25 Education Foundation is pleased to announce a successful outcome from its participation in the Idaho Gives campaign, achieving a total donation of $12,741.00 with the generous support of Lookout Credit Union's matching contribution. This year's campaign saw an inspiring increase in employee engagement and community support, marking significant growth for SD25’s fundraising efforts.

The campaign was driven by 54 employee donors, which included:

• 16 new payroll deductions
• 18 increased current donations
• 20 one-time donations

Support for the campaign also came from outside donors through the Idaho Gives website, as well as employee contributions via Venmo and payroll deductions. These collective efforts led to a strong showing of generosity and commitment to education, with funds continuing to grow through monthly payroll pledges.

Lookout Credit Union, a driving force at the heart of the district’s most successful community initiatives, played a key role in amplifying the impact of the campaign through its matching gift. Funds raised through Idaho Gives will be used to empower teaching and learning in the classroom through Classroom Innovation Grants. These grants provide educators with the resources needed to bring creative ideas to life, enhancing the learning experience for learners across the district. From new technology and hands-on projects to innovative learning materials, these funds are committed to driving educational excellence.

This year, monthly payroll deductions increased from $1,067.04 to $1,575.54, setting the stage for even greater growth in the years to come.
