Our Commitment to Enhancing Learning Experiences

Five learners enjoying slushies outside the school

"At Washington Elementary, students strive to embody the learner dispositions of ownership, personal best, engagement, and perseverance. Together with their teachers, they define what each disposition looks like and sounds like, ensuring a shared understanding and commitment. By consistently demonstrating these character traits, students not only enhance their learning experiences but also contribute positively to our school community. To celebrate their efforts, students who exemplify these dispositions both inside and outside the classroom are rewarded with a slushy party each month, to celebrate their hard work. Go Washington Wolves!"
