Sarah Dalisay from Chubbuck Elementary found the perfect way to combine family time with self-care during her Wellness Quest. 💚
This was my first time hiking the Red Hill Trail at ISU. My kids are in the ISU Children’s Choir, so I decided to hike while they were at choir practice.
Sarah also shared a small but meaningful moment — finding a heart-shaped rock in the pediatrician’s office parking lot. 🩶
Her story is a lovely reminder that opportunities for wellness and connection can be found anywhere — whether it’s a hike between commitments or a simple sign of joy in the middle of a busy day. 🌿
