Pocatello Transition Council
The Pocatello Transition Council exists to assist young adult students with special needs and their parents to access services, formulate plans and dream big as they transition from high school to the adult world.
Mission Statement: In order to support community cohesiveness, the Pocatello Transition Council creates opportunities for young adults with disabilities by facilitating positive interaction through community activities.
Vision Statement: We envision a community where all young adults with disabilities can live, work and play as valued contributing members
