Problem-Solve a Concern

PCSD 25 believes that a successful learner is one who has support from both parents/guardians and their school. Working together, we can help each and every child achieve success. If you have a question or a concern, we encourage you to follow the district's communication protocol by first reaching out to the individual closest to the question/concern. If you need additional support, follow the guide provided below for how to problem-solve your concern.

Classroom Concern: Contact teacher. If your concern is not resolved, contact the school principal.

School Concern: Contact the school principal. If your concern in not resolved, contact the Director of Elementary/Secondary Schools. If your concern remains unresolved, contact the Superintendent of Schools.

District Concern: Contact the appropriate department related to your concern. If your concern is not resolved, contact the Superintendent.
